Talent Manager  

Leading International Marketing Agency is looking to add a Talent Manager to their growing team in Manchester. The key elements to this role will be to support the talent recruitment strategy internationally, manage and monitor talent acquisition, interview candidates, check credentials and contractual obligations before and after live marketing projects.

The Candidate

We are looking to work with a very motivated, self-driven and focused person, willing and able to meet deadlines on tight schedules, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and implement a uniform recruitment process worldwide.

Qualifications: Degree required in Business Management, Event Management or HR Related sectors.

The successful candidate will have a great customer service attitude, ability to interact, understand and empathise with candidates during face to face, telephone and Skype interviews.

Project Management experience or PM qualifications are desired.

Minimum languages:  English. Other European Languages would be an asset but not compulsory.
