Expo Star of the Month October 2018
October 2018, was an exceptional month for Expo Stars with some wonderful performances at trade show exhibitions and brand activations across the world from Las Vegas to Melbourne, making it a very difficult decision for us to award the October Expo Star of the Month. Special mentions go to our Presenter Viviane in Rio de Janeiro for her great work at FIGO 2018, Lead generators Fernanda and Jemelin for their amazing work (again) at Project Challenge 2018 in London, Lead Generator Sonia at IT-sa in Nuremburg, and Engager Rebecca at ESH-MM 2018 in Cannes.
The Expo Star of the Month award for October goes to Hannah J for her exceptional lead generation at the Money 20/20 Exhibition and Conference in Las Vegas.
Money 20/20 is the leading exhibition for the finance industry, bringing Payment, Fintech and Financial Services together. It’s the home of the ‘Money Revolutionaries’ and is a fantastic platform for the most powerful, brilliant and pioneering innovators to collaborate, educate and influence.
For the show Hannah was hired as a Lead Generator and tasked with proactively engaging the delegates to encourage them onto the booth and provide basic product information. She then had to qualify the visitors to see if they were a potential lead for the company and set up a meeting with the onsite sales team.
The client feedback captures and details Hannah’s flawless performance;
‘Hannah felt like a member of our team, it was as if she had been with us for years. She immediately engaged with the customers and felt comfortable dealing with all levels of customers from engineers to CEOs.
She instilled confidence with an immediate grasp of the technology and product. She used the correct terms and language without guidance. In 30 minutes of arriving she was working with us and potential customers.
If an attendee walked by glancing at our booth, she would pro-actively invite them in. She spent time with each customer and handed off when needed. After seeing her in action for 30 minutes I didn’t need to worry that she would say the wrong thing or not understand our product.
We have hired external help in the past and Hannah stands out as exceptional. Next time we are in the US we will be sure to request her again.
