The Expo Star of the Month Award for July 2015 award goes to Alex from our London team for his outstanding contribution as a Team Leader at the Minecon event at the Excel Exhibition Centre in London.
At a very busy Minecraft show with over 10,000 visitors over 2 days, Alex was responsible for managing a team of 9 Brand Ambassadors, as well as engaging visitors to the Mattel Stand to promote their range of Minecraft game related figures and toys.
Alex’s effective team management, communication skills, and a pro-active planning, helped him to manage and motivate the brand ambassadors to meet the client’s objectives.
A special mention also goes to the whole team for making a great contribution. Well done to everyone!
